There are many things to consider when deciding to buy a brand new home, or a resale home (from realtor.ca or MLS). We will discuss additional costs you should consider, how to choose the right builder & the right site. How to negotiate the best deal at the new home sales office.

The evening will be comprised of short presentations by real estate broker (Ayn MacDonald) and mortgage specialist (Cathy Mitchell). Our team of experienced professionals will answer all of your questions as they relate to purchasing rural real estate.
