Divorce and real estate are both stressful and tedious things, and we want to help you on the real estate side. What to know, what to do, and the answer to any questions you may have. You are welcome to join us for a free 1.5-hour information session that includes a family lawyer, mortgage broker, financial planner and a realtor. The goal of this event is to give you ALL of the information surrounding the disposal of property, before or after separation and divorce. We hope that this information will allow you to make informed choices and know your rights as you go through this difficult time.

Selling the matrimonial home.
How to get a pre-approval on a single income.
Typical limitations to consider (custody, proximity, school, access, etc).
Your housing options.
The overall purchase process: typical paperwork, conditions & costs.
How to get the process started.
Start an action plan on how to get there, and talk to the right professionals to get things started. The evening will be comprised of short presentations by a mortgage broker (Josee Menard) and real estate agent (Ayn MacDonald). Our team of experienced professionals will answer all of your questions as they relate to purchasing rural real estate.

Transit is available nearby. There is free parking on site with 11 steps up to the second-floor (suite 102). Please call in advance if you need further assistance.
